I’ll tell ya what I want, what I really, really want?
Can you really? Tell us what you want? The Spice Girls burst onto the scene with confidence and a zigazigahh.
Today, I witness a distinct lack of confidence and identity for many women. Vilified for working, not working, having kids, not having kids, earning too much, earning too little, wearing too much make-up, not wearing make-up, going to the gym, not looking after ourselves. For not knowing where the TV remote is when they are in a different room, or knowing where the clean shirts are, where the passports are for the holiday that you sourced, booked and packed for, yet barely have the energy to go.
It’s a lot.
That pressure can be from the outside or, indeed, pressure we so skilfully own.
What do you want?
Maybe we don’t know because there is so much other stuff in the way.
That stuff? The patterns and behaviours often on repeat, even if we don’t want to. It’s always been that way!
Sometimes we are so sure of what we don’t want. We are overwhelmed and there is no room for change.
Where to start?
I felt like that when I decided to launch my business. A big decision, where do I start?
What do I want?
I want to be... hmm, I could do... or maybe…
I was stuck, stuck in a cycle of been there, done that – don’t want to repeat.
I chose to reverse engineer– What do I not want?
Now that is easy.
I do not want to work with just “anyone”.
I will work with women who are at a crossroads in their lives, feeling unfulfilled, and know there is more to them than “this”. I will work with women with whom I gel, and if either of us feels a bit of an “ick” or if there is no rapport, then we won’t work together. I know many other coaches and healers who may be just the right fit for you. I don’t want to be known as only a menopause coach –
Even though I am certified and, of course, have lived experience. I know that not everything can or should be “blamed” on menopause –

I won’t discriminate on age, I'll work with women who like my vibe.
I don’t want to call my clients “Queenagers” or any buzz label. I will support them to understand that no label is required. As they stand in their own power, displaying their truth, becoming more of who they are.
I won’t say “Here’s the truth”. That phrase makes my eyelashes itch!
I may state, “This is my truth”. Fully respecting and understanding that my truth may not be yours and vice versa.
I don’t want to be a coach who relies on AI for quick fixes. I will work with my clients for as long as they need me, with workshops, courses and sessions that come from my heart and soul. Using all my years of experience, qualifications, skills and modalities I'm trained in, along with some Yorkshire common sense, reconnecting with yourself doesn’t mean we can’t get there with a lighter energy and some laughs.
I don’t want to be the coach who doesn’t look in real life like her online presence. I won’t use filters or fake backgrounds or make myself lose a chin or two. I will be authentic in every way I can.
I don’t want to be the coach with the textbook approach and no personality. I like to think I am open, honest, and authentic. I am proud to be a Sheffielder, we may take a walk in one of our beautiful parks, or our vibrant City centre. We will probably meet online, where you will receive my full attention if you are based in the UK or anywhere else in the world.
I don’t want to be the EFT practitioner galloping through sessions with no time for clients to calibrate and balance the outcome of the session. We will work at your pace for results that are life-lasting. I am currently expanding my services working towards accreditation as a SoulShift practitioner.
We will work together to find space and results that work for you at your pace. I won’t be the person who forces a specific modality of coaching, energy, or woo-woo into you or your sessions.
I respect your journey. You have the power to guide each session.
Clearing out my won't's has created space for who and what I will be and do.

I will be the coach
That has got your back.
That will be your biggest cheerleader
That believes in you probably before you do.
As your coach, I
Understand it’s flippin' hard being a woman in these times. Will not judge.
Will help you see that being more of who you are is the greatest gift you can give to not only yourself, but to your world too.
Enough about me, how about you?
I know you don’t want to be the woman who.
Is overwhelmed.
Feels like she can’t show the world her truth.
Has lost herself over the years.
Has anxiety about the big things and the small things, too.
Doesn’t trust herself anymore.
Can’t make a decision.
Has so many balls in the air that it’s only a matter of time before they are dropped.
Is fed up with feeling insignificant.
Is too afraid to step out of her comfort zone. Has forgotten what it is like to laugh.
Spends more time in the past or the future.
Realises she doesn’t sing, dance, or feel vibrant anymore.
