You know the ones that sit inside of each other. Each one is beautifully presented, with a secret inside once opened, revealing something beautiful inside.
The outer shell is what you show the world. However you show up, happy, sad, quiet, or loud. Or maybe you don’t show up at all.
This protects the parts inside.
Each part inside has stored up all the experiences along the way, the words that have harmed.
The limiting beliefs you hold onto, you know aren’t true, but you have no idea how to release them. The labels that were handed out. They have become your identity.
There is so much we hold inside, we often don’t realise.
